Meetings & Documents

The CGIAR System Board meets as often as necessary, ideally on a quarterly basis, but not less than twice per year, in ordinary session. Meetings may be held face-to-face, or by other means that enable Board members to follow and contribute to discussions in real time, recognizing that the Board members are drawn from across the globe. Decisions of the Board can be taken with or without a meeting.
