The government of Saudia Arabia will host the Middle East and North Africa Climate Week 2023 in the city of Riyadh from 8-12 October, 2023.
The Middle East and North America Climate Week 2023 offers a platform for regional policymakers, practitioners, businesses, and civil society to convene before the UN Climate Change Conference COP28. Discussions will focus on climate solutions, implementation challenges, and regional opportunities, and the event is part of a series of Regional Climate Weeks leading up to COP28.
The conference will explore four key tracks, contributing region-specific insights to the global stocktake: energy systems and industry, urban and rural development, land and water management, and societal well-being and economies.
