In a world where nutritious food is often out of reach for many, a ray of hope has emerged through a new innovation discovered and patented by the International Potato Center (CIP) in Peru on January 17, 2023, under the Certificate No. 11636. The new invention is a nutritional composition designed to combat malnutrition and its associated health issues. This is a new way to fight malnutrition that’s affordable and rich in essential micronutrients like iron, zinc, and β-carotene (pro-vitamin A).
