We invite you to join us on Friday, November 17, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. UTC-5, for a special webinar on “Leveraging Agroecological Transitions” in which we will discuss in depth three examples from Burkina Faso, Kenya, and Peru with researchers, partners, and stakeholders. Register!
We will illustrate examples of how, through a systemic and participatory approach in Agricultural Living Landscapes (ALLs), we leverage entry points for those transitions at farm, market and policy levels. All this progress would not be possible without our more than 35 partners who work with us in research, implementation and Initiative delivery.
We are excited to update you on the progress that our CGIAR Initiative on Agroecology is making in assessing the performance of agroecological practices and in contributing to context-specific agroecology transitions in eight countries.
During the webinar, we will:
- Showcase examples of how, through a systemic and participatory approach in Agricultural Living Landscapes, we leverage entry points for agroecological transitions at farm, market, and policy levels.
- Illustrate how we build evidence around key research questions to assess and demonstrate which agroecological innovations work best, where, why, and for whom.
- Receive feedback from stakeholders committed to providing scientific evidence on agroecology across food, land, and water systems.
Read our latest newsletter, where, for each country, we invite you to read a complete profile of the national contexts, and the specificities of the agroecological transition pathways under development in each Living Landscape
