We are delighted to invite you to the Webinar on “Socio-technical innovation bundling to strengthen women’s resilience to climate change: Distilling learnings from case studies” on 25th January, 2024, 4-5:30pm IST.
This Webinar is organised by the CGIAR Gender Impact Platform and CGIAR Initiative on Gender Equality (HER+). The Initiative is engaged in understanding whether and how socio-technical innovation bundles can facilitate rural women’s access to use of technologies and increase their empowerment and resilience to climate change. With funding from the CGIAR GENDER Impact Platform, WP2 of the Initiative conducted four case studies in collaboration with partner organizations in India to understand past experiences with deploying such bundles and their outcomes.
In this webinar, we will present those case studies and distil lessons from the experiences and analyses for informing efforts to promote the approach of bundling innovations and enhancing their effectiveness.
The key objectives for the Webinar are:-
- To present the findings of various case studies where STIBs have contributed to women’s empowerment and resilience and learn from them as we are piloting STIBs in multiple learning labs across the globe.
- To facilitate knowledge exchange and foster collaboration among the researchers within CGIAR and non-CGIAR partners involved in the research initiatives.
Date – 25th January, 2024
Time – 4:00 pm -5:30 pm IST
