India’s The Financial Express published an op-ed by IFPRI-SAO’s PK Joshi providing his analysis of the recent Union Budget 2018 presented by the federal government. In the op-ed, Joshi argued agriculture deserves serious attention as nearly half the population depends on it for food security and livelihood opportunities.
